Inspired by a meal I had away last weekend I decided to make my own version!
Spiced chicken form the Instant Pot ... 100g from raw roasted cube sweet potatoes, 20g from raw quinoa, peppery salad, tomatoes, red onions, 10g pumpkins seed, 10g sunflower seeds, 20g feta, yellow and orange peppers and carrot. Drizzled with a little homemade lemon dressing!
