Omelette fillings

I made my very first omelette this morning, and it turned out so much better than I expected! I always thought it would be too hard to make, but it was so easy.


I used three eggs, 43g of mushrooms and 43g of red onion (is that a weird filling?), made with coconut oil. Sooo delicious! I shall be making these more often




Does anyone have any suggestions for any other omelette fillings? Which ones are your favourites?

I always make mine too thick and well done

Tomatoes, grated cheese, ham and chopped spring onions
Spinach, tomatoes and feta cheese

Yum, that looks great! I will have to try cooking the ingredients into the actual omelette like you've done there, as I just did them in two different pans. I will give that one a go, it sounds very healthy

i love omelette) always loved and will never stop loving) I make it different ways. One is like yours and the other: i take a bowl and put there anything i want and don't forget about the eggs)) then stir everything very good with the fork. my fav omelette is the one with cheese, paprika and spring onions
