Has anyone done this?

Was wondering how you cook chicken breasts in the instant pot, what setting and how long for? Is chicken done in the instant pot nice? I have problems with the thought of boiled chicken as my Nana did this and it always looked wrong

Also can you cook or pressure cook frozen chicken breast in the instant pot?
