Well this is how I cook chicken sausages.



I buy 2 types of sausages.

HECK Chicken Sausages
These are small and thin so I put over a medium heat in a griddle or frying pan with some nut oil [good fat] until cooked.

Thick Butcher Chicken Sausages

• Bring a pan of water to the boil and added sausages.
• Turn the temp down to medium for 25 minutes.
• Drain

1. Heat some nut oil in a none stick pan/skillet
2. Or transfer to a grill

• Cook sausages until brown
• Serve

Oh that's a much better way than more oil in the pan. I wonder if cooking chicken sausages in the instant pot will work too?
