Interesting read on how to store our fruits and veg.

I add herbs straight to the freezer. I might have to buy some trays.

We freezer our herbs, but we've got some small ziplock bags that we use to store those and label (otherwise I'd use the wrong herb )

I like the idea for the garlic and onions.

I've remember hearing somewhere that you should store the fruit/veg at home the way it has been stored in the supermarket - i.e., if it's in the fridge section, that's where it should be stored, but if it's not, then leave it out of the fridge.

We just need enough space in the kitchen to be able to store things the wa we want
