What to use frozen spinach in?
I bought some frozen spinach on Monday as it was on offer and I always hear people saying it's a good food. Now I have it in the freezer I'm left wondering what I can use it with. I maybe should have thought about this when I picked it up?
So any idea what I can cook frozen spinach with?

Hello Belle! Well the first thing that comes up in my mind is omelette with spinach. Also you may stew it with mushrooms (will be good instead of the salad).

Frozen spinach is great for Indian food. Look for anything with saag in the title. Saag Aloo or Spinach Potatoes is one of my favorite dishes.

Omelettes like suggested definitely!
Home made smoothies for extra goodness although I've yet to go this route, need to find my blender.
Veg soups.
Home made curries.

OOooo with some potatoes sounds good Paul, maybe with a nice home made sauce in the oven for a while!

That looks a good website blue thank you. I have made omelettes with my frozen spinach but nothing else, I still have some left. I am guessing some dishes you are best with fresh.

Must admit I have some in my freezer already prepacked from shop and it rarely gets touched, probably pointless it is there as I buy fresh so I may as well freeze what's left from that now (I did in the old house)!

Defrosted spinach just isn't the same ... I eat spinach fresh with scrambled egg etc so defrosted just wouldn't do it but defo great for dishes that require the spinach to be cooked
