Bad Food & Drink Habits You Can't Break

What are yours?

I am terrible with salt, I have it on everything even a ham sandwich. Thankfully I have spoke to many who say they do the same as much as I have spoke to those who say YUK

Drinking is coffee, I drink far too much I detox'ed previously and coffee was one of the things I stopped for 10 days... when I went and got my first coffee with milk it was disgusting but I missed it so much I made sure I got used to it again :blushed:

Mayonnaise, I have it with everything, even my roast dinner. Can't get enough of the stuff, but am pleased to say I am currently 2 weeks Mayo clear!!! Lol

Drink wise i don't think I have one, have stopped drinking fizzy, I don't drink coffee much as I always have sugar with it but I do love a nice strong cuppa.

Mayo with the gravy? Lol

I love my coffee but know I drink too much. 10 cups a day with 2 sugars isn't a good number ... Once drank 20+ a day

I eat super fast and eat everything on my plate. That is my mission. Fast and clear my plate. It's mental and silly.

I like salt but I switched to pink Himalayan salt as I read it was healthier. My grandad is 80 and he has salt on absolutely everything and will add more salt around 40 times throughout the meal!

Another habit of mine is very strong coffee!

I've got a problem with cake and biscuits I try soooo hard but I get a little craving about 2pm when nothing hits the spot like a biscuit would 😂 I could easy sit and eat a packet at a time but it's really bad. I've been better recently. I think it's the texture as much as the taste of that makes sense? Xx
