I discovered chai tea lattes the other day, I have them with dairy free milk, they don't have sugar in but have really really helped me with my sweet craving because they aren't unhealthy xx

Love chai tea. Mind you anything with cinnamon in is awesome. Last chai tea I had was made using spiced condensed cream so not so great on the health scale. I guess the ginger & cinnamon spices with tea infused into something like warm vanilla rice milk would be great. Might give that a go when I get my late night chocolate cake cravings.

Sorry digressed from OP i don't really have bad food habits ... I have poor decision making skills. If I see two or three deserts I like and cannot decide between them I will get them all. Same with starters and mains Some of my takeaway orders have been sooo big with multiple options the delivery driver had thought I was having a party. If you can relate to the kind of meals you can get from Dominos for around £45 using vouchers and meal deals. That would be my normal tea.I now have my orders down to £20 once or twice a week at most. Soon am hoping to go cold turkey.
