What have you eaten today?
Thought it would be good to see what everyone is eating day to day
Today I'm on a fast, so far I have had a large green tea from the coffee shop and a banana!

Goodness, not sure I have the steely will and determination to fast - way too greedy for that, well done
We have properly been little piggies today:
Slimming World Day
B - Magic Pancakes using oats with yoghurt and melon (Heb)
L - Ham, mushrooms, baked beans, potato, egg
D - Slimming World Fakeaways Pizza (5.5 syns) topped with chicken and peppers, with salad, coleslaw (using zero fat fromage frais) Potato wedges (cheese from Hea)
Snack - Ice cream (3.5 syns)

B - Magic Pancakes, melon, yogurt (again) Heb
L - Ham, salad, beetroot, pickles, 2 low fat cheese slices (Hea) 2 crispbread (2.5 syns)
Snack - Ice cream (3.5 syns)
D - Cajun Spiced chicken fillets, wedges, salad and coleslaw. Dressing (1 syn)
Naughty - tasting mead at a honey stall at the market (1 syn)
8 syns used today.

Today I've had:
Breakfast - omelette with mushrooms and red onion.
Lunch - sardines, mushrooms, broccoli.
Snack - protein shake after the gym, spoon of peanut butter, half a banana.
Dinner - chicken and sweet potato casserole.
Snack - Dairy milk chocolate.

Breakfast - I forgot, oops... I have no idea why I forgot I usually have a shake.
Lunch - wholemeal roll with 2 ham slices, lettuce, cucumber and cottage cheese.
Snack - cold sliced apple and natural peanut butter
5.3km run outdoors
Snack - sesame ryvita with cottage cheese
Dinner - chicken fried rice with curry sauce

Today I had:
Breakfast - 3 egg omelette with red onion and mushrooms.
Lunch - stirfried chickpeas and mixed veg.
Dinner - slow cooked beef casserole with loads of veggies.
Snack - almonds and Brazil nuts.
Drinks - 2 strong coffees, 3 green teas, 1 lemon tea, 1 camomile and honey tea, 1 valerian tea. Not much water. I need to drink more water!

Apparently water through herbal teas counts!
I had a really bad eating day yesterday
B: none
L: cucumber/lettuce/tomato sandwiches, 1 White, 1 brown
S: custard creams, 3 crumpets
D: nut cutlets with weird square roast potato things
S: 3 crumpets, 2 iced ring donuts 
I blame wobbs entirely for encouraging me to drink wine mid afternoon

Bedtime snack - boiled eggs and nuts.
Drinks - 2 strong coffees, 1 green tea, 1 valerian tea, about 1 litre of water.
