Breakfast - none.

Lunch - omelette and veg.

Dinner - chicken casserole with brown rice.

Snacks - avocado, frozen banana, almonds.

Last night I ended up having a lot of chocolate buttons too


Today I've eaten:

Breakfast - none.

Lunch - omelette, sardines, onions, mushrooms and aubergine.

Snack - protein shake after the gym, frozen banana and strawberries.

Dinner - beef casserole, some avocado.

Snacks - almonds, chickpeas.

Had chocolate last night again- a 200g bar!

Today:

Breakfast - none.

Lunch - omelette, vegetables. Then a frozen banana and grapes.

Dinner - beef casserole with sweet potato.

After dinner I ended up having half a tub of Pringles and some chocolate. I feel like such a pig now

Lunch - baguette.

Breakfast - yoghurt.

Lunch - eggs, vegetables.

Snack - protein shake, banana.

Dinner - beef casserole.

Snacks - half a cheesecake, big pack of chocolate buttons. OMG!

Breakfast - two boiled eggs.

Lunch - omelette with Danish ham and veg.

Snack - frozen banana, strawberries.

Dinner - sardines, brown rice and veg.

Snack - will have some chocolate later.

Breakfast - oatmeal before the gym and a protein shake after the gym.

Lunch - eggs, onion and mushrooms in coconut oil.

Snack - grapes and one strawberry.

Dinner - chicken, sweet potatoes and veg.

Snack - will be chocolate buttons.

Breakfast: natural yoghurt and granola

Protein shake after gym

Lunch:sweet omelette with blueberries

Snack: apple

Dinner: carrot, goats cheese, hazlenut, sultana and pear salad. 1/4 slice home made sundried tomato and black olive bread.
