What have you eaten today?
Today
Lunch - omelette, sardines and veg.
Snack - protein shake after workout, banana, nectarine.
Dinner - chicken and sweet potatoes, avocado, almonds.
Lunch - omelette, sardines, veg.
Snack - protein shake, banana.
Dinner - lamb with sweet potato and veg.
Snacks - almonds, 42g of chocolate buttons.
Today:
B Ham cheese and toast (Hea and Heb)
L Boiled egg and salad
D - Chicken salad, new potatoes
Snacks - Crisps 8, Gin and Slimline bitter lemon 3
Today:

Dinner - chicken, sweet potato and veg in coconut oil.
Bedtime snack will be almonds and 4 squares of dark chocolate.
B - Toast, cheese, ham (just can't be bothered at the moment lol) Hea and Heb
L - Nothing was trying to avoid feeling tired
Snack - Small bowl of salad
Dinner - Chilli, brown rice, salad
Snacks - Gin and slimline bitter lemon 3 syns. May also have a 330ml can of lager 5.5 syns.

Dinner - chicken casserole with rice.
Snacks - avocado, almonds, 4 squares of dark chocolate.

Breakfast - plain oatmeal.
Lunch - sardines, sweet potato and veg.
Snack - protein shake after the gym, avocado and a frozen banana.
Dinner - beef casserole with rice.
Snacks - we are watching a film later and planning to have some Pringles and chocolate
Yesterday:
Breakfast - none.

Dinner - chicken casserole with sweet potato.
Snacks - frozen banana and grapes, 2 packets of chocolate buttons - I am so addicted to Cadburys chocolate!
Today I had:
Breakfast - none.
Lunch - egg and vegetables, frozen banana.
Dinner - beef casserole with brown rice. Some almonds.
Snack - some chocolate buttons and I think I will have a other frozen banana too!
Last night I ended up also having 4 packs of chocolate buttons and a pack of Quavers
