What have you eaten today?
Today:
B - Toast, Ham, Cheese (HEa and HEb)
L - Chicken and Chorizo Paella with green beans
D - Had a little bowl of melon and grapes at a cafe not hungry after lunch still
Syns - 5 on the paella and 1 syn on two sweets
Today I've had:
Breakfast - none.
Lunch - omelette with cod and veg.
Dinner - sardines, cheesy sweet potato mash, brown rice and veg.
Snacks - nuts, 1 peach, 1 boiled egg.
Yesterday:
B - Toast
L - 2 crispbreads with cheese and pickles
D - Chilli con carne, rice, salad
Syns - 9 on lunch and 1 at dinner on salad dressing.
Today:
Breakfast - none.
Lunch - omelette with cheese, sardines and veg.
Dinner - beef stew with brown rice.
Snack - protein shake, nuts, avocado, banana, peach.
Yesterday (Never seem to remember to do it till the next morning lol)
B - Toast, cheese and fruit (HEa and HEb)
L - Leftover chilli with rice and salad
D - Quorn burger with baked beans
Syns - Ice cream 3.5, butter 4, Sweets 2 (9.5 used)
Today:
Breakfast - boiled egg, mushrooms, oatmeal.
Lunch - omelette with sardines and veg.
Dinner - chicken with sweet potato and veg.
Snacks - protein shake, half a banana, a peach, cheese, nuts.
Yesterday - oops went a bit wrong lol
B - Toast and cheese, fruit
L - Had a home made burger in a fresh pitta with lots of salad while out - it's a really nice place they didn't use any oil but still think probably about 12 syns there lol
D - Bolognese - about 5 syns I believe so over on those today.
Today:
B - Home made sausage patties made into a "Mum's McMuffin" (as christened by daughter) with HEa of cheese Heb bread roll and an egg.
L - Nothing - was at a knitting club thing haha - we know how to live
D - Chicken breast in spicy marinade with salad and a couple of new potatoes
Snack - Weetabix Oaty Bar thing 3.5 syns I believe. Couple of syns on dressing for salad and marinade. Feeling it today

Dinner - casserole with chicken and sweet potatoes.
Snacks - peach, avocado, boiled egg, walnuts.
Brunch - a 2 day hangover fry at the local pub #oops
Dinner - BBQ flavoured chicken and pasta salad
Snack - magnum marc de champagne #oopsagain
