What have you eaten today?
Breakfast---2 rice cakes and ham
Lunch--- 2 rice cakes and mackerel
Snack--- 2 rice cakes
Dinner--- 2 rice cakes,banana,mackerel.
Not eaten much as still feeling bleurgh.
Breakfast protein shake and banana
Post work out protein shake
Lunch: sweet baked potato with cottage cheese and can of tuna. Sugar free jelly, fat free yoghurt and blueberries.
Dinner: yet to be decided but snacks stuff for working night shift

Dinner--- Duck in plum sauce,carrots,lettuce,cucumber.
Breakfast - boiled eggs
Lunch - sweet potato, bacon and veg
Dinner - Quorn sausage casserole
Snacks - banana, almonds
Breakfast - none
Lunch - omelette with veg
Snack - almonds and a banana
Dinner - rice bolognese
Snack - rice cakes and peanut butter, bag of crisps

Lunch --- 2 or more Toffee Popcorn Rice Cakes with ham salad
Dinner--- Chili mince with brown rice pasta.
Breakfast---2 rice cakes, ham,banana
Lunch--- 3 salt and vinegar rice cakes and cheese. Was busy all morning so had to get a quick snack before work.
Snack--- 2 Toffee Popcorn rice cakes.
Dinner--- Last nights leftover dinner with added pasta and a sausage.
Breakfast - omelette
Lunch - mackerel with sweet potato and broccoli
Dinner - kfc oops!
Breakfast--- 2 Salt and Vinegar rice cakes,banana
Lunch--- Scrambled egg,bacon,sausage,lettuce,cucumber,beetroot
Dinner--- Salmon with roasted veg.
Snack--- 200g packet of dried fruit.
Breakfast - bacon sandwich

Dinner - chicken in white sauce and rice
