Breakfast: protein shake and quinoa with blueberries, honey and natural yoghurt.
Lunch: prawn and veggie stir fry
Dinner: lamb tagine
Snacks: 2 x bananas 1 x protein bar

Lunch - omelette and sardines with broccoli

Dinner - sweet potato casserole

Snack - rice cakes, banana

Breakfast: protein shake and banana
Post workout: protein shake
Lunch: Turkey bolognese and rhubarb yoghurt
Dinner: turkey breast in honey, mustard and soy sauce. Baby corn and mange tout.
Snacks: Apple, yet another protein shake, 10g 85% dark chocolate, blueberries, fat free natural yoghurt with a squidge of honey and cinnamon.

Lunch: protein shake (post workout) tin of Tuna with mayo, asparagus, broccoli, baby corn and mange tout (needed to finish off the veg)
Dinner: home made "food for fitness" fish fingers, sweet potato chunky chips and more broccoli (thank god it's finished now).
No snacks as yet. But got more cals to use for today so will have some jelly maybe. Nom!

Breakfast---- Porridge made with water,2 satsumas
Lunch---- Tuna pasta bake with salad
Snack---- 2 rice cakes with banana
Dinner---- Salmon,carrots,rice cake.

Dinner: sausage and mixed veg.
Snack: so far, an apple.

On a night shift tonight so not sure what that'll bring. Screws up next day eating too [emoji17]
