Breakfast - oatmeal, banana

Snack - grapes

Lunch - jacket potato and baked beans with salad

Dinner - farmhouse pizza

Lunch - sausage roll

Dinner - breaded chicken wrap with salad

Breakfast - peanut butter on toast

Lunch - baked potato, beans and salad

Dinner - omelette and veg

Snacks - banana, oatcakes

Yesterday
Pre workout: 1 scoop protein shake
Brekkie: 1 scoop protein shake
Lunch: Ham, half avocado, 2 poached eggs, spinach and vine tomatoes
Dinner: 301g chicken & pack of sugar snap peas stuir-fried with chilli and garlic
Snack: 1 rice cracker and almond butter + some 85% dark chocolate

Today
Pre workout: 1 scoop protein shake
Brekkie: 1 scoop protein shake
Lunch: Chill scrambled egg with spinach
Dinner: Chicken served with mediterranean veg and sweet potato mash
Snack: 1 rice cracker and almond butter + some 85% dark chocolate

Lunch - beans on wholemeal seeded toast

Snack - carrots

Dinner - sweet potato and chickpea burgers and salad

Snack - going to have some strawberries and cream ice cream

L - strawberries and creme fraiche. Protein shake
5 x tea spoons Mcflurry :-/
D - granola, berries and natural yoghurt. Protein shake.
