What have you eaten today?

Today:

Breakfast - one boiled egg. (Toddler stole my mushrooms! )

Lunch - we went out for a carvery. I had turkey, beef, ham, 1 Yorkshire pudding and lots of veg.

Dinner - sardines in olive oil, mashed sweet potatoes, avocado, mushrooms, broccoli and green pepper.

Snacks - protein shake after the gym, 7 grapes, strawberries, 1 boiled egg, nuts.

Yesterday:

B - Magic Pancakes with Strawberries and Melon
L - Green lentil, cous cous and goats cheese salad with a lemon basil dressing
D - Curry with raita, rice and green salad
Snacks - Ice cream (3.5 syns) I am sure something else as I know I wrote 9.5 syns down for the day haha but I can't remember now

Today:

B - 1 small wholemeal roll (Heb) Low fat cheese (hea) ham and poached egg, strawberries
L - Leftover curry and rice with salad (had it in a small bowl so it wasn't a massive portion)
D - Chicken Paprikas with rice and brocolli
Snack - Ice cream (3.5 syns)
Syns - 1 syn on ketchup, 4 syns on flour to thicken paprikas sauce, 1 syn on a sweet

Today was a bad day for food as I didn't end up eating until 3pm and then ate too much

Breakfast - none.

Lunch - peanut butter on baguette. Pringles.

Dinner - beef casserole, half a baguette with butter, some of my husband's birthday cake.

Today I had:

Breakfast - omelette, sardines and peppers.

Lunch - protein shake after workout, cottage cheese, avocado and grapes.

Dinner - beef casserole, brown rice.

Snacks - boiled egg, tangerine, walnuts & almonds.

I won't say what I've slipped up with food recently, but will check back tomorrow with a much healthier menu

B - Sausage patties with egg and baked beans - Melon and Strawberries
L - Ham salad
D - Home made beef burgers with chips and salad (roll as HEb and cheese slice as HEa)
Syns - used around 9 again

Lunch - omelette with sardines, avocado and mixed veg ( this is my favourite meal at the moment!)

Dinner - chicken casserole with brown rice.

Snacks - grapes, boiled egg, nuts, cottage cheese.
