Breakfast - oatmeal and banana

Lunch - Quorn mince with kidney beans

Dinner - Quorn sausage with mashed potato and veg

Snack - oatcakes, two rows of White chocolate

Lunch - went out to eat. I had a veggie burger with chips

Dinner - Quorn sausages with wholewheat pasta and veg

Snack - banana, chocolate, protein shake.

Dinner - rice bolognese

Snack - peanut butter on ryvitas, frozen grapes, almonds.

Dinner - spaghetti bolognese, ciabatta roll

Snack - 100g chocolate, oops!

Yesterday I had:
S - banana
B - x4 lean bacon, scrambled eggs with 2 yolks 3 whites and a large plate of spinach
L - protein shake
S - home made protein bar
D - chicken stir- fry with 2 handfuls of bean sprouts

I feel a fat cow eating so much ... must update my journal with why etc

Dinner - chicken roast dinner

Snack - 4 big cookies - feel a bit sick now!

Dinner - garlic cheese pizza, two cookies.

Not a healthy day!

Dinner - Quorn sausages, brown rice and peas.

Snack - frozen banana, yoghurt.

Dinner - quorn mince, rice and peas in slow cooker

Snacks - banana, almonds, Quavers.
