Lunch - Chicken and wholewheat pasta with sprouts and green beans.

Snack - protein shake and banana after the gym.

Dinner - spaghetti bolognese

Snacks - almonds.

I'm getting crap @ breakfast again when I am not up for exercise.

Yesterday:
Breakfast -
Lunch - sweet chilli chicken stir-fry with rice noodles
Dinner - crackerbread with wafer ham, cottage cheese, cucumber and tomatoes along side home made chilli lemon dip and celery.

Today:
Breakfast -
Lunch - Celebrity slim chicken soup ... first time I have tried and can't say I would buy again!
Snack - Home made chilli lemon dip with celery sticks
Dinner - Pulled slow cooker gammon, poached egg, rocket leaves and sliced vine tomatoes served on a wholemeal muffin served with sweet potato chips

I had naughty chicken selects on the weekend and a few chips from Mcdonalds oops! Only had 3 selects though, refrained from the bigger box!
