Yesterday I had:

Breakfast - oatmeal

Lunch - chicken, baked beans and veg.

Snack - protein shake and banana after the gym.

Dinner - spaghetti bolognese with turkey mince.

Snack - oatcakes, almonds.

Today:

Breakfast - oatmeal, egg whites.

Lunch - chicken with sweet potato and cottage cheese.

Snack - protein shake, malted shredddies and banana after gym workout.

Dinner - Chicken and bacon pizza.

Snack - protein shake and banana after the gym.

Lunch - chicken, sweet potato and veg.

Dinner - rice bolognese

Snacks -almonds.

Lunch - tuna sandwich and a banana.

Dinner - spaghetti bolognese made with turkey mince, plus veg.

Dinner - rice bolognese with peas.

Snacks - banana, Apple, almonds.

Breakfast - oatmeal with raisins.

Lunch - a no mayo chicken sandwich while we were out, plus a banana.

Dinner - omelete with sardines and veg

Snacks - mixed nuts
