What have you eaten today?
I've only had breakfast so far today, but it was two pieces of toast with sugar free strawberry preserves and three slices of bacon. It probably wasn't the healthiest breakfast in the world, but I don't think it was terribly bad.
Sardines with sweet potato mash and veg.
Today:
Breakfast - beans on two slices of wholewheat seeded toast.
Lunch - fish and chips from the chip shop.
Dinner - sardines with sweet potato mash and veggies.
Snack - almonds, chocolate buttons.
Today I had:
Breakfast - two slices of wholeweat seeded toast.
Lunch - Danish ham with sweet potato and baked beans.
Snack - protein shake and some fruit and fibre after gym workout.
Dinner - beef mince with rice and peas.
Snack - will be oatcakes and peanut butter.
Today I've had some coffee with fat free/sugar free dairy creamer, instant oatmeal (breakfast), and a homemade slow cooker pasta dish (lunch) that's kind of like pizza meets lasagna. Dinner will be another small bowl of the slow cooker pasta.
Breakfast - oatmeal.
Lunch - chicken with sweet potato, baked beans and broccoli.
Snack - protein shake and fruit n fibre after the gym.
Dinner - sardines with rice and peas.
Snack - boiled egg, almonds.
Today I've had shakes (punishments) and a chicken stir-fry for dinner.
Being very strict on myself now.
Breakfast - oatmeal.
Lunch - Tuna with sweet potato and broccoli.
Dinner - rice bolognese.
Snacks - christmas cake, lol.
Today is shakes and later jacket potatoes, salad and cottage cheese
Breakfast - oatmeal.
Lunch - Chicken and rice with veg.
Dinner - steak pie and veg.
Snack - peanut butter sandwich, some almonds.
