What have you eaten today?
Today I went a bit off track, oops!
Breakfast - none
Lunch - omelette with sardines, onions, shredded cabbage, cauliflower, peppers in coconut oil.
Snack - big bag of Doritos
Dinner - 3 grilled cheeseburgers.
Drinks - 2 coffees, 1 chamomile and honey tea, 1 litre of water.
Today:
Breakfast - none.
Lunch - omelette with sardines, peppers and onion in coconut oil.
Snack - chocolate biscuit at my grandparents house.
Dinner - beef casserole with lots of veg and some rice.
Bedtime snack - will be a boiled egg, nuts and broccoli.
Today hasn't been too healthy
Breakfast - none.
Lunch - cheeseburger, chips and curry in a cafe we went to.
Snack - 2 packets of crisps.
Dinner - beef casserole, half a French baguette stick.
Today:
Breakfast - strawberries.
Lunch - omelette.
Dinner - chicken casserole with baguette.
Today I've been pretty unhealthy! It's the last day before my husband goes back to work, so I'll be back on track tomorrow!

Lunch - a carvery.
Snack - 3 scoops of ice cream.
Dinner - pie and chips.
Today:
Breakfast - none.
Lunch - omelette with mushrooms, red onion, orange pepper and sardines.
Dinner - rump steak with rice, shredded cabbage, red onion, mushrooms and broad beans.
Snacks - Brazil nuts, 1 boiled egg, 55g sliced chicken, 10 strawberries.
Today I've had:
Breakfast - 1 egg, mushrooms.
Lunch - sardines and veg (cabbage, peas, red onion, mushrooms, red pepper.)
Dinner - chicken breast, rice, veg (red onion, mushroom and red pepper).
Snacks - protein shake with strawberries after the gym, 1 boiled egg, Brazil nuts, chicken slices.
Drinks - 1.5 litres of water, 2 espressos, 1 green tea, 1 valerian tea.
Today:
Breakfast - none.
Lunch - omelette with sardines and veg. Some avocado.
Dinner - chicken with sweet potato slices, broccoli, mushrooms.
Snacks - 1 boiled egg, walnuts, strawberries, chickpeas.
Today for me
B - Magic pancakes (Heb on oats) with pineapple, melon and some low fat yoghurt
L - Salad, beetroot and pickles, a couple of crispbread (3 syns) and my Hea of cheese
D - Chilli with rice and some zero fat natural fromage frais with a big salad
I think I will be using about 6 syns today over crispbread and salad dressings. Not feeling this week has gone that well, felt like I have been on it but get the feeling I have eaten too big portions - weigh in tomorrow will only tell. Must get my head back in the game.
