Dinner - rice bolognese.
Snack - almonds and Brazil nuts.

Dinner - fish pie and peas on menu
Snack - I will have a yogurt after dinner at some point

Dinner - mackerel with rice and veg.
Snacks - roasted peanuts, banana.
