Yesterday:
Breakfast - none
Lunch - breaded cod fillet, baked beans and green beans.
Snack - protein shake and banana after the gym.
Dinner - chicken, potatoes and broccoli with gravy.
Snack - the last bit of LO's ice cream that she didn't want, a mini pork pie and some Bombay mix.
Today:
Breakfast - none
Lunch - chicken, new potatoes and beans.
Snack - protein shake, banana, fruit and fibre.
Dinner - breaded cod, rice and peas.
Snacks - oatcakes and peanut butter, pistachios, chocolate buttons
Ate too much today!

Lunch - fish finger sandwich.
