Today:
Breakfast - oatmeal.
Lunch - breaded cod fillet with baked beans and green beans.
Snack - protein shake after the gym, banana.
Dinner - chicken, new potatoes, peas and gravy.
Snack - Ryvitas and peanut butter.
Breakfast - boiled eggs.
Lunch -
Baked potato with beans and veg.
Dinner - chicken casserole.
Snack - Ryvita with peanut butter
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast - boiled eggs.
Lunch - Chicken sandwich.
Dinner - breaded fish and beans.
Snacks - pringles and chocolate buttons.
Went a bit off track at the end of the day!

Dinner - baked potato with baked beans.

Lunch - bacon, egg and cheese pancake from pancake express.
Dinner - fish and chips.

Lunch - baguette with Red Leicester cheese
Dinner - cheese pizza.
Snacks - oatcakes.
