Yesterday
B - Baked Beans and Scrambled egg with toast
L - Small portion of leftover bolognese with salad
D - Paella and salad
I have had:
Breakfast - oatmeal and a banana
Lunch - McDonalds
Dinner - bacon and vegetable omelette.
Snack - I have some chocolate buttons for when we are watching Breaking Bad later!
Today:
Breakfast - peanut butter on wholemeal seeded toast.
Lunch - omelette with vegetables.
Dinner - sardines with pasta in a tomato and herb sauce.
Snack - chocolate buttons.
Breakfast - omelette and veggies.
Lunch - sweet potato with cottage cheese and veggies.
Snack - banana and peach.
Dinner - diced beef with rice and veggies.
Snack - chocolate buttons.
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast - omelette with sardines, handful of almonds.
Lunch - spaghetti bolognese.
Dinner - ended up skipping as I was so full off the earlier meals.
Evening snack - chocolate buttons!

B - Nothing as was in a bit of a rush to get out the door
Snack - a banana
L - Rice and vegetable salad
D - Pulled pork with wedges and salad
Only syns were on dressing for my salad.
Today:
B - Home made sausage patties, egg
L - 2 crispbreads and cheese
D - Frikadella, brocolli and potatoes (was going to make curry but that's tomorrow now)
Snack - Twix
Yesterday was such an unhealthy day for me!
Breakfast - toast and cornflakes.
Snack - crackers and cheese.
Lunch - chips and curry in the cafe after swimming.
Dinner - mackerel with pasta and grated cheese and veg
Snack - Pringles and chocolate.
Today:
B - Toast and cheese (hea and heb)
L - Frikadella, potato salad (syn free using zero fat fromage frais) salad
Snack - Chocolate 8 syns
D - Slice of ham with salad
Yesterday:
Breakfast - toast, cornflakes.
Lunch - we went out for a carvery.
Dinner - mackerel with pasta and veg.
Snacks - Pringles and chocolate.
