How many grams is a tub of Quark?

Beening going through the slimming world recipes and came across this Syn Free Fruit Roulade
Sounds like something I'd give a go

Only thing is, how much is 'a tub of quark'? Is that a standard measurement? I don't even know what it is but I'm guessing it comes in different sizes depending on shop?

I'm not quite sure how big Quark tubs are in the UK - over here they are MASSIVE lol. But to answer the second question, it's a bit more like cream cheese than fromage frais - thicker and a teensy bit cheesy (and with lots less fat)

That roulade recipe is 250g of quark (I've edited it to save confusion). I've seen a few recipes that say a tub. Had a look at sainsburys and tescos and it seems 250g is pretyy much the standard.

Hope that helps
