What about buying fresh premade meals?

What about buying fresh premade meals? They have a company that advertises fresh and not frozen premade healthy meals for super busy people. They deliver them right to your door every week and you can even pick out custom menu items. I am thinking about trying them to see what it's like.

Is it sacrilegious? They have a decent reputation from what I can see.

I would think it is fine. Check out the calorie count and look at the nutritional value of the meals. If you can afford to do this and it works for you, then do it.

It should be fine Avocado. The only thing I worry about premade meals is the amount of sodium and preservatives in them. If they are freshly made without too much fat in them I would go for it.
