I just boiled three dozen eggs
They were on sale for the Easter holiday so I took advantage of that. I wonder, can you freeze hard boiled eggs? I guess I won't really need to since they should last quite some time.
I guess I will be having a lot of hard boiled eggs incorporated into my meals the next couple weeks. I like them on salads and just plain for breakfast too.

Wow that's a lot of eggs. I love egg mayonnaise so I'd make a ton of that. I also like to snack on hard boiled eggs and, I too love them in a salad. I hope the rest of your family like them too.

I love omelettes, scrambled eggs and fried eggs but won't eat boiled eggs! Healthy couple of days for you though lol

I've boiled about a dozen and a half of eggs over the past two days, and not even for Easter! We've been on a boiled and deviled eggs kick -- hardboiled for him and deviled for myself. Boiled eggs do well in egg salad, potato salad, chicken salad, and green salads, so I'm sure you can find plenty to do with your three dozen!

Yum! I wish eggs were on sale here. I picked some up today and they cost $2.59 a dozen. I boiled the dozen already. We eat a ton of hard-boiled eggs here too.

I ended up doing two dozen for the holiday and they are pretty much gone now. We love eggs too but I wish there was a quicker way to get them going, it is such a tedious task!

THREE DOZEN at one go! hahaha! I like hardboiled eggs a lot, but have always been wary of having them too long in the fridge (meaning over a day or two). Sooooo, if I'm reading this right, I can be safe eating eggs I boiled last week? This may be a life-altering moment for me.

They say you can keep them in the fridge for a week but I know I have kept them for two weeks and they were still good. With eggs you can always tell by the smell. If they have gone bad, you'll know.
