I need to clean up my eating big time, but don't know how!

I've gotten so, so lazy I'm eating quick convenience foods and it's making me so sluggish! I'm maintaining weight some how, but I really don't know how!

Today's been a somewhat good day I've had:
B: apple and a mouthful of a prune
S: mini egg fondant cake thing
L: 2 slices tiger bread with butter
S: mini egg cake thing
D: roasted parsnip/carrot/sprouts/pepper/sweet potato
S: chocolate cake

So lots of crap, but mixed in with good stuff, but a normal day woul be White toast for breakfast (an improvement on nothig), either something picky for lunch, or a pasty from greggs if I'm at work (accompanied by a chocolate bar and/or bag of crisps) and dinner is usually some kind of bean grill out the freezer with chips

I'm completely out of ideas what to have, especially for lynch and breakfast. And I'm lazy too which isn't a good combination with school holidays! And I don't eat meat/fish/eggs unless eggs are in something (like cake ooo: ) so your typical healthy eating plans online just don't work for me!

Help!!!

Try apple and natural peanut butter NOM, new thing for me and good pre workout! Obviously hide the expensive natural stuff from the kids and OH

Can you not make a couscous salad for lunch at work? Even a wholemeal bread salad sandwich? Do you eat fish? Cold tuna salad? Wholemeal pasta salad? ....

Naughties wise, sugar free jelly, I find the raspberry sweetest! A sweet muller light extra naught add a meringue healthier option would be natural yogurt with berries (I but the mixed berries frozen, once unfrozen it's a nice sweet!

I'll try apple and peanut butter, sounds awesome! I used to make a lot of couscous salads, I think my brain's just stuck in a rut and I've forgotten everything

I think I've been grabbing chocolate for treats as it's just easy and usually fail safe. I don't eat jelly or yoghurt, yoghurt gives me a funny tummy unless it's soya and OH always "forgets" to buy it! I've got some frozen berries though, so might grab some alpro yoghurt later!

It's just hard to think of things an I'm lazy

How about some salad veggies and hummus? Or maybe some nuts and dried fruits. I love dried apricots, figs, and dates. For dinner maybe a spicy veggie chili or some veggie stir fry. You could put it over a jacket potato to make it more filling. Instead of store bought crisps maybe you can slice some of your own potatoes and brush on some olive oil and pop them into the oven.

I've been running out of ideas lately too and most of the time I just don't feel like bothering with making something and have been grabbing quick meals. I hate to fall into that habit again.

I did a shop yesterday and bought load of salad, hummus, wholewheat pitta and veggies - it will be a healthy week! Although I've had 2 bars of chocolate and a pasty today

The wine and crisps aren't too good but I've got to fake tan and do my nails, so that should slow down crisp eating
