Crackers

Are there any healthy, nutritious crackers out there, or are they all just full of carbs and loaded with empty calories? I love to have something crunchy with soups and stews but hate the idea that I'm offsetting a healthy soup with junky crackers.

I've looked at alot of them and the ryvitas seem to be the best for both calories/carbs and actual nutrition

Yes I agree with Ryvitas. I also like oat cakes but they're higher in calories.

I haven't bought any crackers in a long time but I want to say that at one point, Fiber One was selling crackers. I can't remember calorie or carb content but it seems like a single serving had about 5 grams of fiber.

I have never really looked into this. I guess it is something I am going to have to do when I start counting points. I don't eat a lot of crackers but when I do I eat Saltines. I eat them when my stomach is acting up - they soothe my stomach.

Thanks for the input, everyone. Aboutme, I used to eat saltines, too, but I think they are really just empty calories. They don't have any fiber or protein, really. I will look for the Ryvitas and the Fiber One crackers, though!
