What is the best light/low calorie cheese out there? When there is no yogurt in the house and I want a snack I hit up the cheese and crackers, it is simple and quick. How can I make it better for me?

Real cheese or cream cheese?

I was looking at slimming world the other day and I'm sure I read somewhere that dairylea light is not as bad as many cheeses. Will have to double check though.

Most supermarkets do a low fat version of the regular cream cheese. My favourites are Aldi or Philadelphia

I have checked out one that our store carries and it is the Laughing Cow brand. I am not sure if I picked up light or not though as it was a crazy morning mixed with winds, rain and me almost running off the road (before getting to the store) because of a horrible driver. Good thing it is Friday I am ready for this day to be over!!

I was going to suggest Laughing Cow. The great thing about it is that it comes in little wrapped sections. You don't even have to measure out a portion. I like the garlic flavored ones.
