Ideas for goat cheese?
I have been craving something creamy and yummy, and I know that goat cheese is lower in calories than other types of cheese. Do you have a favorite way to use it?

We used to put goat cheese on pizza. It was delicious. If we were going to go healthy with the pizza I would recommend this recipe. I may even try this one myself this weekend. Where do you get your goat cheese Squishy? I have a neighbor that has goats so he's always willing to sell me some.

Hmmm will have to try some goats cheese. Never actually tried it before
Is it like anything else (compared to)? Is it like a cream cheese? When it comes to low fat/cal cheese I just use our local stores own brand stuff (it's actually quite nice).

It is a little bit like cream cheese, except crumblier, and much more tart. One of my favorite ways to eat it is on a salad with roasted beets and candied pecans. I have never thought of putting it on a pizza, but I bet it would be good, especially with something like wild mushrooms.

In celery for a snack or in omelettes with chopped vine tomatoes (well nice) for a lunch!
I like your idea David!

in the same idea of David...we us use goat cheese on a baguette and add a bit of honey and dried herbs and grill it in the oven broiler ...delicious you can also add a walnut on the top or sun dries tomatoes.
