Wobbles Home Workouts

My home workouts included cable exercises, free weights and body weight exercises.

All exercises can be adapted to alternatives with and without equipment or to suit the exercise equipment you have ie you have dumbbells but don’t have a barbell.

Dumbbells
Barbell
Cable machine with weight plates
Bench

3x12
Shoulder press
Arnold press
Side latherals
Cable upright rows
Cable front raise
Cable pushdowns
Tricep extensions

#squats

Cable and free weights home workout inspiration

Equipment used:
Cable machine system
Barbell
Dumbbbells

5x10
Floor press with 20kg bar

15-12-10
Cable bicep curls
Cable tricep pushdowns
Cable rows
Dumbbell single arm rows
Barbell shoulder press

#rest

3 rounds
10 pushups
10 crunches
10 heel taps

Full body workout
Abs
Home workout

6 sets of 5 back squats

3x12 legs curls
3x12 leg extensions
2x20 calf raises
3x30sec wall sit weighted
3x12 shoulder press/push press combo
3x12 cable uprightrows
3x12 cable bicep curls
3x12 cable pushdowns
30 crunches #abs

This was a sweaty home workout and definitely a leg burn, really enjoyed this one

I sleepover at work so putting together a bedroom workout body weight no equptment or jumping around that I can do 3-5 sets on based on tiredness and time. Can be. Used as a hotel workout also.

10 dips
10 squats and squeeze that butt
20 crunches
10 leg raises
30 sec plank
10 pushups

Might add more squats, glute bridges and superman’s next time.

Great inspiration for workouts Wobbles. I like your work bedroom one for a quick workout blast!

I need more inspiration from others.

I’ve been trying to get some workouts to aim for specific muscle groups but getting confused as some target more than 1 area etc I think I need some time off work just to sort that. Signed up for www.bodybuilding.com member ship which has some member only workouts and advice.
