RESULT - First 4 weeks at new training

I have been super busy these days but I have been training somewhere new for the last 6 weeks really but 2 weeks I was slowly adapting to my new routine just before the group I joined started the 12 week count down to Christmas programme. I really need to update my journal with what I've been up to!

I moved over to the small transformation groups at Crossfit NW1 in North Wales. The workouts are more intense but I am absolutely loving it!

I got my measurements and fats done at the start of the 12 week programme and I had them done Thursday just gone 3 weeks 5 days later ... I lost 10 inches from various parts of my body at 2.7% body fat % which I am REALLY pleased with My target was to drop 5% by the end of these 12 weeks, even if I didn't get there it wasn't through not trying so that kick start has made me very happy!

I was very happy especially at this stage of things. Fat % drops slower the lower it gets.

I don't think I will have done so well on my next monthly check-in though

Ive been distance running for the last few years - 10Ks, half marathons and my first full marathon. Id like to start training for track events. Any suggestions? I havent found a training group in my area.
