Starting serious bodyweight training

Hello guys and gals, I’m new to this forum, and am looking for advice regarding bodyweight training and your training schedule. I’m 23 years old, male, and have been doing Muay Thai for a little over 7 years, but because of COVID trainings have been stopped for over a year now, and I’m ashamed to admit, I have gained weight and lost most of my muscle mass. Now training are going to start again in the beginning of October and I wanted to get close to my original physique if at all possible with intense bodyweight training. I can post some pics of how I look like now, if that helps. And also if someone already has a great training plan that I can steal haha [emoji28]

Thanks in advance and sorry for any typing mistakes (not a native speaker [emoji85])

Nia

Bodyweight exercises are a fantastic to-start exercise if you're new to exercising. Bodyweight exercises ensure you can acquire proper form with a lesser chance of injury because there is no additional weight from free weights and workout machines.
