Cardio at home

I am seriously struggling to motivate myself to get outside ‘running’, it’s too cold, I’m near the coast so it’s too windy, I just want to be inside but I don’t have room for any more fitness equipment aka new clothes horse

So what cardio can we do ... do you do inside? Or cardio with small or no equipment!

Run on spot and the whole house shakes

Check out Chloe Ting's workouts, they're quite challenging, with 200 calories in 20 minutes. I don't like running either because it's cold, it rains a lot, so I work out at home most of the time.

Skipping/Jump rope
Jump squats
Tuck Jumps
Burpees
Squat thrusts
