I can't walk properly!!

FINALLY got my bum in gear and done some exercise! I thought I'd take it easy and stay off the cardio so did jillian michaels no more trouble zones! Good god was that a mistake! I hadn't done it before, it being 40 mins long should have given me a clue!

I didn't manage the whole thing and my legs are shaking With every step I take! My arms, shoulders and chest are burning! I think I'm going to have to do 30ds tomorrow to see how I get on cos I feel like I've gone back to square one! Admittedly it's been a few months since I've really done any exercise, but I'm shocked at how hard I found it! I was going to walk to school, but my poor legs won't manage it! I'm dreading tomorrow morning!

That sounds like a hard workout! Well done on doing some of it, definitely better than nothing! I'm only managing 18-19 monitors of a 25 minute kettlebell workout right now but we will get there!

Hope your workout goes well tomorrow

It was loads of squats and lunges and my legs just couldn't hack it! And it was all done with weights too! The kids are doing it now, they look so funny

We'll definitely get there Hun, it'll just take a while to build back up to it!

It was horrific the first circuit was so ba I had to put the weights down after the first exercise! Having a bath with muscle therapy bubble bath hoping to keep tomorrow's aches away!

Hopefully the bubble bath will help.

I have read that eating an orange before a workout can help with muscular ache. I've tried this the last few days but not sure how well it worked!

I'm still aching! It's definitely at it's worst today, but going off my usual experiences, it should be better tomorrow! I'm really uncomfortable though, even turning over in bed hurts!
