Exercise DVDs?

What are your favourite exercise dvds?

I have a tae bo one that I love and some Davina Mc Call ones too and a few others but haven't used most of them in ages, just stick to the one or two really.

So what ones do you swear by?

I used to do the Charlie Brooks one, back in 2010 before I got married - it toned me up but for actual "weight loss" I think I lost something like 7lbs after 3mths, and that was religiously doing it every day AND strict diet for my wedding..so I didn't rate it much.

I find fitness DVDs difficult to keep up because I just get bored so easily and lose motivation! Altho I'd love to be able to do the 30DS.

30 day shred, but then any of jillian's DVD are the business!

I also have kettlecise, it's a workout DVD that you do with a kettle bell and man that is tough, infact I've been mentally telling myself to start it up again, I just ache like hell afterwards and for about 3 days. Fantastic results though

I've just been watching the advert for the kettleball one on shopping channels lol!

It looks very good, I'd love to try that in the gym.

The only one I've ever done is the Katie price one .. And that was only for the big boob exercises lmao!! Figured she wouldn't be prancing around too much.

I'm not a huge DVD fan, can't be strict enough to keep at them

yeah I find I lose motivation because I'm too comfy on the couch, or distracted on internet or TV or SOMETHING. Going the gym, even though it's more effort to get there means I have a specific place to go iykwim.

oh, and..big boob exercises??? LOL

I love the Lauren Brooks kettlebell workout DVD. It's hard work but great results!
