Debz would you consider leaving the home? I see many 50 - 60 - 70 do strength and conditioning although where I live there is a good selection of coaches but I know at least 2 of them have over 50 classes although you can be over 50 to join the other classes... I was an over weight unfit starter and my coordination and balance is awful, still is but I love it and it's improved all factors.
I don't think from your post you have to specifically look for something to match your age, whats age? It's the same goals in general. We all start somewhere
