Back Out On The Bike

I eventually got on my new mountain bike

I love it, it's a GT Avalanche Comp 2017 Mountain Bike from www.wiggle.co.uk

I do love it more than my road bike but they both serve a purpose, the mountain is definitely more for local rides along the sea cycle paths.

Thought I'd record my distances.

April
30th 11.26km

May
6th 8.65km
8th 10.18km

Nice easy bike rides although there is a massive hill on way bike ... first time I got 1/3 up but second I got all the way up. I won't lie I was dying at the top

Total so far 30.09km

My DH's bike is collecting dust too. I'll have to nag him to get back on it!

I hope you're feeling better soon

Not going to have as much time as I'd like for the bike but last bike ride I managed to get up that big hill without stopping. It did take me 10 minutes to recover at the top though

For various reasons I have not been back out on the bike for a while. Kinda gutted.

If I get chance this afternoon I might head off for half an hour. Better than nothing.
