Fitness Advice Needed Please

Every time I put myself on fitness regime, I always end up crashing by 3rd week. Someone please suggest me how to stay fit without putting myself on rigorous diet plan?

I've given you your own thread for this as you had asked for advice on someone else's WL thread, and this way the advice won't get mixed up

Hi nainaseth,
Bit late to the party on this one but I've just seen it, but perhaps a little info on what you've done previously and why you've stopped before?

With little information it's hard to advise but I note you state you stat a 'rigorous diet plan' which would suggest an extreme diet routine in hope to lose weight quicker so possibility restricting yourself too much. Not eating right and enough will hinder your weight/fat loss.

My energy is ZAPPED if I don't eat right and low carb just doesn't work for me every day... balance.

What exercise you do and how frequently would help us reply better also maybe an example of your food routine you were following.

Hi there!

I know how you feel, because I've been through it. Stop torturing your body. Eat everything you want in little amounts and walk a lot, to burn that fat out.
A lot means 30-45 minutes walk (power walk, if you can) in a fresh air. After the walk 30 minutes not eating helps to burn the fat.
And if you have any problem areas, then you can do workout to keep them fit only for 5-10 minutes. You must enjoy everything you do.
Imagine, that you must do things that you are doing right now until the end of your life. Would you enjoy doing that, what you do till the end of your life? If the answer is no, then don't push yourself too hardly. Do what you like and enjoy it!

Aim for 150-200 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week or more for health benefits. You can try aerobic activities like walking or strength training exercises for major muscle groups at least twice a week.

Find joy in movement and eat everything in moderation. Walk for 30-45 minutes daily, enjoy workouts for 5-10 minutes, and prioritize activities you love for a sustainable approach to health.

How did I lose weight

When I was 20, I didn't feel good about myself because I was overweight, and I didn't like going out because I didn't think anything fit me in terms of clothes. One day a friend told me about a book she'd discovered and that changed things for me. I don't like reading and I admit I'm pretty busy. She suggested the audio version, and now I can listen to my book anywhere, anytime. This book is just great, and it's free too.
hoping to help other people enjoy their lives by feeling better about themselves (for free) as someone has done for me is all i'd like.
