My back is messed up right now and I really can't do a whole lot of moving unless I am in the water. It makes it pretty challenging to actually try to lose weight when I can't burn as many calories as I like.

I have arthritis and swimming is a great low impact exercise. I belong to a gym and am able to work out year round. Because of the arthritis in my knees and ankles it is about the only lower body exercise I can tolerate.

Yes obviously, swimming is among the best way to lose some fats, but don’t just depend on swimming along with you may include some more practice to give much better and fast result. Going swimming is great and I will always suggest to every-person living. It has change magic in my life; alter my whole life to good as well as healthy. For more info I would like to share some benefits of swimming http://www.medstorerx.com/general-he...-everyone.aspx , which I found on net.

I adore swimming!! This is probably the easiest and the funniest kind of sport! If you have any problems with health (like problems with back, legs, knees) only swimming do not harm to you!! It really makes to work all the muscules of your body even those you never use when you do sport "on the ground"!!

Swimming is in it's own right, a great therapeutic exercise. Not only for normal people, but also for people with chronic pain and injuries. I think it's obviously better for you than running and pounding on your knees all day, that's for sure!

Swimming is a great form of all-round exercise. It's ideal if you want to be more active and stay healthy, whatever your age or ability.

A friend has a membership to a gym with a swimming pool. I went with her yesterday. It's been a long time since I've been swimming. My muscles are sore. I used muscles I didn't even know I was using!
I love swimming as well but only for summer time. I know I will feel the same way because I didn't go for swimming for a long time.

I love swimming, it is a good exercise. The advantage is you will not sweat in there. You need to warm up before going to swim again. Don't worry, your muscle sore is just temporary.

It's also like a good exercise for those people who want to make your muscles strong. Everyone should do this exercise daily on the regular basis. I also like to swim daily. So don't be afraid if you use your muscles during swimming but just enjoy swimming.
