Fitness from home - mainly toning
What I find is I feel those DOMs more when I stop start stop start. Last time I slacked form the gym and went back was the worst I'd ever been walking wise... 3 days I was still waddling! haha
That push is so hard but when you push through you feel good for it after a handful of days. But I also find a big difference in my mental health when I exercise. i get very down when I don't and usually that is my biggest push back.

Yeah i totally agree on the mental health side. I can tell im not taking care of myself properlt at the momenr x
I do fitness exercise at home and eat a clean healthy diet to maintain that.
Hope you dont mind commenting from a newbie.
Ive kept lean most my life from weight training, it has a lot of benefits.
I would seriously consider investing in dumbells and possibly a bench, you WONT build big muscles, but you will avoid losing lean body mass whilst losing weight.
If you do, id be happy to do a training plan for you.
