What I find is I feel those DOMs more when I stop start stop start. Last time I slacked form the gym and went back was the worst I'd ever been walking wise... 3 days I was still waddling! haha
That push is so hard but when you push through you feel good for it after a handful of days. But I also find a big difference in my mental health when I exercise. i get very down when I don't and usually that is my biggest push back.
