Martial arts chat

Wondered if anyone else does martial arts? I do kickboxing im graded at senior purple so brown belt next!

Im out of it at the moment with broken toes so in the meantime im wanting to increase my flexibility and balance as im definitely lacking in those areas.

I tried muay thai but i didnt enjoy it, quite fancy giving MMA a shot!

MMA is actually mixed martial arts and is a combination of sports you cant train in MMA specifically

Have you tried jujitsu as they do grappling etc. Have you watched any of the ultimate fighter as that might give you some ideas aswell.

I love this my husband is well rounded in martial arts. he's done kickboxing, wing chun etc.

The mma thing, they have classes near me that do mma so i meant that really rather than classing it as one style if that makes sense

I just stubbed them on the bannister at home 🙄 two littlest on my right foot!
