Sagging Skin?

Okay I know it's probably to be expected that if you get big your skin will suffer as you lose weight. My boobs are suffering, which is horrible but only me and OH see them anyway...my arms are actually improving a lot, but my main problem is my legs. They're not like hugely saggy, but i notice more and more that the skin gradually isn't as tight anymore and I'm gutted that I might end up with saggy legs.

It's the top of my thighs, so is there anything that can be done about this? I already use a firming cream but i bet it's a load of rubbish. Didnt.really know where to.post this but I'm guessing exercise is the solution?

Hope this makes sense.my head's up me bum

The best thing to do is exercise and drink loads of water! It does take time for it to tone up! My belly's really saggy, but that's cos it was stretched beyond belief when I was preg! Doubt it'll ever change now!

Exercise helps, but may not ever tighten it back to where it used to be. A lot depends on how much weight you lose and how fast you lose it. The faster you lose, the more loose skin there will be.

Sometimes I wish I had loads of money to go in and have a full body tuck with a plastic surgeon and have everything tweaked and tightened starting with my head and working down.

Not sure if it's worth all that pain though. The older we get, the less elastic the skin becomes. It's all so unfair!

Thankfully I'm not losing it all that quick so there's hope I suppose!

It's mainly my legs but I suppose I'm gonna notice it more because I'm looking all the time LOL!

Thanks

Sagging skin is the bane of my existence! I am convinced that the only way I will ever get rid of my sagging skin is a good doctor! The younger you are when you lose weight, the better it is for you.
