Yea I'd not exactly describe him as a confidence booster I'd have to tell myself off if I tried to give an accurate description on here

with the sort of mood I'm in, if he carries on the way he is tonight, I'll be poking him somewhere far more painful with a shoe

I only managed about 4500 steps today it's been one of those days where I've spent most the day with a bin bag in my hand yelling at the kids to pink up their toys only for the living room floor to disappear again minutes later!

I want to pick up a pedometer this weekend. I thought I'd do nothing unusual for two or three days, just to see what is the average for me on a normal day. Once I know, then I'll make a goal to add more steps each day.

LOL at the shoe.

It would be good to have a little goal to do - I like goals

A friend has one that attaches to the lace of her shoe. I saw it there and asked her what it was. Her boss gave them out to promote a healthier lifestyle. She says it's a pain when she changes shoes though.
