That looks interesting! I'm with you on the buying things and not using them, sooo much money wasted on those objects that just sit in a cupboard untouched

I'm not one for shakes or smoothies, so plain old water does it for me

I have protein shakes all the time. Need to start making more smoothies too. My foods dropping again. Like you can put nuts or berries etc in one side of this! X
