It's becoming more an more common now although slowly I admit to find fitness places with play areas for kids, allow the kids to join in or where I train mm the kids can sit on the sofa with their book, iphones, etc as long as they don't go onto into the fitness space (its one big open room so you can see them at all times too).

How old is your son? x

I would love to go and join all these as they are brilliant... just it’s annoying that I would have to take two buses to get there. And everything costs And I’m tight with the budget as a single mum. But there is no excuse for going out for a long walk with my child or do something while he is asleep😂 I think I’m lacking in energy to do stuff after being with my child 24/7 for 6 day in a row as I’m working only one day a week 16h while my son is with his dad

I was comfortable at home, but not enough exercise equipment. At first, I was shy to train with other people, but I quickly got used to it. I realized that everyone there is busy with themselves and does not pay attention to others.

There are many different ways to lose a lot of weight fast.
That said, many diet plans leave you feeling hungry or unsatisfied.

Yes, I enjoy it. A gym can assist you with physical exercise and activate several chemicals in your brain that could make you feel happier, more at ease, and less stressed.
