Decided its finally time I sucked it up and came in here. Have lost a fair bit of weight over the years by only walking but now it's getting much harder to get off so I'm biting the bullet and going to start exercising.
I do have a fair few exercise dvd's, a treadmill to use and Xbox kinect with a few dance games etc. I know the scales probably won't budge for a while as they didn't last time I started but this time I won't give up like I previously did.
Wish me luck, think I'm gonna need it
